Summary: The staff is very nice, there is only 1 person at the lobby desk at night and we encountered an issue with the door key system and there was only 1 person to help us and all the otger guests. She did have to call maintenece which is not on site. She was very accomodationg and the maint. Person came quickly. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. Do not book that as a place for anyone to sleep.
