This is a 7000 sq. ft. home on Gorgeous Lakefront property with 95' of waterfront, sandy beach and private dock. Off street parking for 8-10 cars.
Beautifully appointed Cape Cod style home. Large chef's kitchen, and adjoining deck overlooking the lake. Outdoor table seats 12, two indoor eating areas together seat 16. Outdoor covered patio on lower level. Private. 180 degree view of lake.
We're stocked w/ Kayaks, paddle board and extensive outdoor seating/living spaces, allowing plenty of Plenty of lounge chairs. Hot tub for 8-10. Warm 8 mile long lake perfect for recreational waterspouts. We have room for a rental boat, and lifts for 2 jet skis!!
Fire pit for s'mores. Grassy yard, big enough for corn hole and bocce ball. Sand volleyball pit and playgrounds are just a 5 minute walk at Idylwood Park! Take in soaring eagles, ospreys, herons, otters and the lakeside beauty.
5 minute drive to Marymoore Park, with concerts, trails, tennis courts, giant dog park and the velodrome. Bike paths along lake.
Can sleep up to 14 guests, with some on blow up mattresses. 11 adults will be most comfortable here. We are a pet free property.
3 gas fireplaces - one in master. Beautiful artwork and tastefully furnished. 10 minutes to downtown Redmond with major shopping, theaters and restaurants. 3 minutes to Microsoft.
Top floor: Spacious Master executive suite with balcony. 7 piece bathroom has double shower w/ steam room, and deep soaking tub.
Main Floor: Guest bedroom w/queen. Study with day bed and portable fold out bed.
Basement: Includes bedrooms with 1 queen, 2 twins and one trundle (2 twins). 2 blow up twin mattresses available. Roll out foam mattress available for use as well. 1 - 2 sink full bath. Large screen TV, and kitchenette. Dining table can be used for ping pong table.
