Summary: We actually own several houses in Sergeant, one compound about a block South of this location where my son and daughter live on different properties. We were having a big family get together so we just decided to get an additional house, it was a 9 day stay, thoroughly enjoyed it very clean. Not the usual bugs and mildew that you would have in a lot of the houses in this area. The location was very convenient for us because we used the dock with one of our boats. That Canal is deep enough to get in and out to the Intercoaster canal even in low tide. The lower level is wide open and is excellent for entertaining. Beautiful home with excellent lighting and HVAC systems. Next time we need overflow housing this will be it. I want to repeat it was very clean.
