Summary: We were locked out of our room for an hour until they finally brought up a computer to fix it. They have homeless people living in a car in the parking garage asking for money and they knew they were there for at least 4 days prior to me telling them at front desk and they did nothing about it and they were still there when we checked out. All bathroom and shower items were completely empty. The restaurant that’s advertised on hotel’s website is not there’s and we had to eat off paper plates and literally bus our own table due to only 2 cooks and 1 other staff member that was working the entire restaurant with over 50 people trying to be served. Overall the experience was pretty bad and I don’t recommend this property
