Come enjoy our newly renovated 3/2 mid-modern home. Surround yourself in this comfortable yet luxurious space. With two large gathering spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and a great outdoor living with backyard games you’ll be living’ it up. 3 amazing bedrooms, with a king sized master, all new carpets, and so many other touches I can’t begin to fit here. 2 Roll-a-ways, and two comfy couches accommodate 10 guests. The space
Over the past four months this house has had a major facelift. The kitchen has been opened up, all the lighting was replaced, all the carpets were replaced and so many more things. Most of the paint work was done two plus months ago so it smells fresh and not like fresh paint. The home is fully functional with a loaded kitchen. Everything you need to cook including two crockpots, a waffle iron, brand new cutlery and silverware. Grab a k-cup and make yourself a cup or coffee or tea at our coffee bar and get running or come take a break and relax. In the front living room you'll find chic and comfy spaces to talk or read. Or you can hang out in the main living room and watch the big 75" Roku TV setup from the kitchen, couch or dining table and entertain in our open concept living area. If you want to spend time outside we have a badminton net, cornhole, bocce and a great pellet grill. The easiest grill to use in the world (please see the house manual for my instructions). Relax in the master suite and watch your own 55" HDTV while your traveling partners do the same in their rooms on their own Roku TVs. These beds are amazing! Temperpedic in the first room, 14" pillow top in the second green room, and a new 14" coil over pillow top hybrid in the master bedroom. All rooms have 4 pillows with a variety of firmness. Each room also has table top power and USB plugs. We provide new unopened soaps, full bottles or shampoo and conditioner, unopened toilet paper and paper towels as well as dish soap and laundry detergent at no extra charge. This place has been thoroughly cleaned and renovated, even Ozone treated to eliminate bacteria and odors.

The whole home is open, minus the maid's closet and the garage. Enjoy the back and front yard as well.
Other things to note
The two single beds are roll-a-way cots with memory foam, great for children and smaller people. You can also sleep comfortably on the front living room sofa. The back living room sofa can act as another bed, but has removable cushions and is less idea for sleeping.
