Take a dip in the sparkling infinity pool or soak up the sun in our spa-style chaise loungers while admiring the stunning panoramic views. We also have a beautiful Mexican palapa dining area in front of the ocean to enjoy meals alfresco. With sophisticated high-speed internet, mesh system and 11 routers strategically placed throughout the villa you will never have to disconnect, even though we suggest you do! Don’t forget to play your favorite tunes on our SONOS state of the art WIFI based speaker system. With music throughout the entire villa, you will find 4 SONOS Systems: 1st floor living room, 2nd floor TV lounge, Pool deck, and Rooftop.
The second level sports our privategym complete with top-of-the-line equipment, a TV for entertainment and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your exercise routine. Our gym includes a range of weights to select from and workout bench, chin up bar, treadmill, rowing machine and exercise bike. Step out of the gym to our fun game room where you can play foosball, ping pong, cards or play one of our board games. If you just want to be close to the action and relax you can sit on the game room sofa or the adjacent TV room sofa.

Villa Tulumar was also built with ADA compliant standards for the first floor. We have an entrance ramp to the home and everything is single level and wheelchair accessible all the way to the palapa dining on the beach. We provide a roll in shower chair and raised toilet with grab bars.
Villa TuluMar is also self-sustaining.We collect our own rainwater, have a well with reverse osmosis desalination plant for purified drinking water, biodigester, Solar Panels with batteries, and an electric generator plant. We also maintain 2 Internet ISPs with celular data backup.We have done everything possible to ensure you always have water, power, a/c, and internet.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not book the Villa for parties such as bachelorette, bachelor, raves, etc. We do not permit outside guests from entering the Villa that are not part of the check in process. We have a strict no-drug and illicit behavior policy.
