Summer Sands is a year round condo located in the southern part of Wildwood Crest. Close to Diamond Beach and Cape May. Our location is close to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk. Best of all--FREE beaches just steps from the condo.
Our condo is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building, you can sit out front and watch the waves crash. We have 2 heated pools with kiddie area, open seasonally(NO LIFEGUARD). Five sun decks equipped with tables, chairs and loungers(seasonally). Watch the sunrise or enjoy a book over looking the ocean. We have a covered parking spot located by the steps. (compact spot) We purchase Wildwood Crest meter pass for your use during your stay. There is an elevator and luggage racks for your convenience. Jitney service is available throughout the entire island.
The condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably, 6 people max. One bedroom and one bath with tub/shower. Two double beds and a queen pull out sofa. We provide bed linens and bath towels. Grab your beach towels and personals and head on down. Wifi and smart TVs in the bedroom and living area.
The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Pots/pans, some spices, utensils, plates, crock pot, coffee maker as well as a Keurig.
We do not have an oven.
There are new washer/dryer on each floor of our complex.
Six gas grilles for your use, one is available in the off season as well. There is also 2 showers to rinse off after the beach. New beach entrance with showers as well.
Smoke Free and Pet Free condo.
No groups under 25 years of age.
Summer Sands is minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk. We are about 10 minutes from Cape May. Don’t forget to head to Sunset Lake for the unforgettable sunsets (just about 5 -6 blocks West)
There is a beach bar at the Icona Hotel, which is within walking distance to our condo. As well as great restaurants, cafes and bars throughout the Wildwoods.
