Summary: Where do I begin! From start to finish, the staff was kind, attentive, and accommodating. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and truly felt welcomed the entire stay. The food was outstanding — breakfast, lunch, and dinner at every location were consistently excellent. The restaurant variety was impressive and easily one of the highlights. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and fully stocked daily. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and clean throughout. The pool area was spectacular (with poolside bars!), making it both relaxing and fun. A special thank you to our concierge, Raul — he was exceptional. Extremely helpful, resourceful, and genuinely welcoming. He made a big difference in our experience. The one major downside was the Travel Club staff. Although polite, the staff was persistent and pushy from the moment we arrived. We were pressured to attend a presentation and expected to make a financial decision on the spot without time to research or think it over. That felt uncomfortable and unnecessary during what should be a relaxing vacation. The beach had noticeable seaweed, limiting swimmable areas, though there was a small usable section. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return.
