Sugar Beach is a low rise, beach side complex on Thomas Drive, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Walk to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Ms. Newby's and many more. Complex has beautiful freshwater pond with plenty of wildlife to watch. Fish, turtles and birds. Dogs 30 lbs. and under are allowed. 2 dog maximum. Pet fee and parking pass fee paid to HOA upon registration. Parking pass is $37. Ring camera outside front door.
