Summary: House was adequate for our family for a three-day stay. Tile floors needed swept and mopped, refrigerator needed cleaning, no hand towels or wash cloths in the bathrooms, no hand towel or dish cloth for the kitchen. Instructions upon departure would be nice, what to do with trash, bed linens, towels and key. Overall, our basic needs were accommodated. If you are looking for an economical place to stay for a short period, this will do.
