ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY. RATES and DATES (Saturday to Saturday) ARE POSTED. Sorry NO GUESTS (even for the day), NO PETS, NO SMOKING, no EVENTs,-no exceptions. If the lease and lead paint notification (Massachusetts state law) are not signed within 3 hours of booking, this reservation WILL BE CANCELED. You must bring your own towels and linens or rent them. I provide beach chairs and coolers. No I have rented my home for 18 summers. I have had over 110 happy parties enjoy their stay as I speak with every tenant and make sure my house meets their expectation. Since we cannot speak before booking, please read the agreement carefully and make sure this is the right house for you.

Rent an American Classic. This five-bedroom home sleeps ten comfortably. Built in 1867, this Sea Captain's home is one of a kind and provides a unique New England feel. Three sitting rooms, two patios, and two porches allow the group to spread out. Exceptionally bright and breezy, there are large windows and hardwood floors throughout. The downstairs features a large kitchen, dining room, den, family room, living room, and full bath. There are five large bedrooms and a bath upstairs.

The heated pool is completely fenced in and locked for safety. The spacious, private yard features two patios and ample furniture.

Summary: This was a great property. Two families with children stayed in the house and never felt crowded. Having multiple sitting rooms meant it was easy to spread out and not feel on top of each other when the kids needed time apart, but also there was enough room to be together too. The pool was a big hit, and great on hot afternoons. The owner, Kathy, was very supportive and responsive, and did everything she could (from afar) to make sure we had a great stay. We'd definitely come back.
