Centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean beach, Harbour Town, and South Beach Marina and about a 4-minute bike ride to each of them. This is a very stately home located on the dead-end street in the Heritage Woods community. There are bike paths at the end of the street that go everywhere, and the neighborhood privacy and quietude cannot be matched.
The home probably has more windows than walls allowing in tons of natural light. The house is designed for the entire group to gather in one area or divide up amongst the 3 living areas, 3 dining areas, and has plenty of open space to spread out. And there are 7 smart TVs throughout with a 75” in the Family Room.
The main level is decorated with soft tones of whites, creams, and grays. The upper level becomes more playful with blues and artwork representing the seas. The home is very well-appointed, and everything is brand new out of the box in 2021. This house has everything anyone could ever desire.
The heated pool is surrounded by oversized sun loungers and umbrellas. The backyard is completely private and backs up to a nature preserve. The home has instant access to the Sea Pines bike and leisure trails. The trail that goes to the beach is one that is private and secluded, unlike others that are very crowded.
There is state of the art technology everywhere you look with Alexa© pucks, Sonos© speakers, smart TVs with Spectrum© premium cable, complimentary Netflix©, and 3-zones of HVAC control panels. Summary: We definitively will rent this house again if we go to Hilton Head. We enjoyed the house and you can see that the managers are behind every detail so that we can have a wonderful experience.
