This beautiful, charming property with heated pool is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale. 9 minutes to the most popular beach in Fort Lauderdale (loaded with bars, restaurants and activities), only minutes away from Wilton Drive (and its fantastic nightlife), 9 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale downtown, 3 minutes to the supermarket, 6 minutes to the dine-in theater, 10 minutes to the bar car… We can go on and on, but to summarize it in 4 words: "Location: Can't be better!"

This private, 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, sun-drenched home offers everything you need while you, your family and your friends relax and enjoy all the sites of Fort Lauderdale! The private setting is highlighted by the pool (with color changing lights!) area creating your own private resort. There are 2 outside dining tables, where you can enjoy meat you just prepared on the grill (propane is provided). The property consists of 2 buildings separated by the pool in the middle. The left side has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + 1 studio (can be used as the master bedroom with its own private kitchen and a bathroom) and the right side has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Ideal for when you have a red and blue team in your group.

It has a PRIVATE large patio with HEATED pool (extra fee), a bunch of sun umbrellas, loungers, a hammock, 2 patio tables with seating so you can enjoy your meals while basking in the sun. Beautiful overhead lights and the heated pool with color-changing lights that allow you to have a relaxing time on the patio after hours, a true resort experience.

It has 5 full-size beds (each sleeps 2), 2 twin-size beds (each sleeps 1), 1 queen-size bed (sleeps 2), 2 queen-size sleeper sofas (each sleeps 2), 2 full-size sleeper sofas (each sleeps 2), 1 twin-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 1).
