This 3rd floor unit (elevator access) offers beautifully updated kitchen, spacious living area, and ample screened lanai space. Enjoy 7 miles to Disney, 16 miles to Seaworld, 19 miles to Universal, 32 miles to Legoland and everything in between! The home away from home is perfect for families, group trips, and business stays. There is ample parking within the property--a private lot. Security is on property from 3:00PM until 8:00 AM daily. The clubhouse is open Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Noon Sunday.An attendant is available from 8:00am to 4:30 pm Monday to Saturday and 8:00 am to Noon Sunday. Pool and hot tub hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm every day. There is no lifeguard available. Early check in or late check out is available when bookings allow. These services are available for an additional fee. If interested please inquire before booking so availability can be determined.
