Summary: The website said that there were smoking areas, but there were not any. The description said that no pets were allowed yet multiple nights we were kept awake by a dog that barked nonstop. No English was spoken by any of the staff; thankfully, I speak Spanish. The water pressure was not great and hot water was not readily available. If you’re looking for a place to sleep that is clean and comfortable in city center without a bunch of accommodations or American luxuries, you will be fine. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room had air-conditioning. We could not get the TV to work, but they did have Wi-Fi and good cell service. Overall, I would stay at the property again and pray, no one brought an annoying dog!
