Positive: Had towels, toilet paper, and soap Good sturdy pillows

Negative: We booked: 1 x Standard Double Room (one double bed, one single bed) 1x Double or Twin Room (two single beds) both inclusive of breakfast. We asked if the rooms could be near each other if possible. When we arrived we were given two rooms next to each other but both were the same, with 2 single beds - not what we booked. In addition: - The air conditioning didn't work. - We had to move rooms, all taking nearly an hour to sort. - There was a puddle of mucky water in the shower, so we didn't want to use it. - The bed sheets and pillows were ripped and marked. - There were no curtains. - No full divide between bathroom. - The rooms were not clean and smelt strange. - The noise was ridiculous. There were loud bangs after midnight like furniture being moved and could hear every door and person. Didn't get good sleep at all. - The "good" inclusive breakfast consisted of a small fruit pot and black coffee. Nothing else was offered or available. - The pictures were definitely not representative of real life... Overall, we were disappointed in our stay and it was not what we expected.
