Summary: Overall I was happy with the room. The room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The seating area was cute and also comfortable. One thing was the shower drain was very very slow to drain. Luckily my cousin and I don’t take very long showers. As a suggestion I recommend that the room doors get some kind of mechanism that slows the door and does not allow it to get slammed, especially for those guests who are very disrespectful or don’t care for the other people who are sleeping because they’re drunk and coming in and out of their rooms slamming the doors. Of course, this is not the hotel’s fault at all. It’s guests being disrespectful to other guests. The other thing was the parking. We were there for a concert and so many other guest were as well. It’s a first come first park which is very inconvenient more because it seems to have another level of parking but it was not open to accommodate everyone’s needs. Especially since there’s a parking fee. More than anything the handicap parking was not respected and people who didn’t have the handicapped plates or plaque were parked in those spots making even more inconvenient for someone with the need of those spaces. We were told by the receptionist to just park where we weren’t in the way or blocking anyone but security guard could have our car towed. I liked where the hotel was located to the venue, the cleanliness and comfortable. All staff was very friendly. Parking can definitely be improved.
