The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy them at the outdoor furniture terrace . The whole unit provides Air Conditioned and the free use of WIFI . Please keep in mind that we are located deep in the jungle and bringing WIFI is a hard thing ; it perfectly works but is not high speed and some times can be un reachable when are windy or rainy days ...
At your arrival you will find a 20 liters jug of filtered water and washroom amenities such as toilet paper but eventually we no longer provide them and you might acquire this in an adicional way .

This is the habitat for lots of species , sustainable and responsable traveling is important for us and you might follow some rules in order to keep the peace and create the less impact on the land:
* The use of loud speakers can disturb the wild life and therefore we kindly ask you being aware on the volume you use .
* We separate recicle and compost . There is a designated area for both ; will show you where to deposit all your waste :)
* Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is a serious crime ! There are underground rivers all along the Yucatan Peninsula and one butt can contaminate hundreds of liters.
. Please use the ashtrays located at the outdoor area .
* We have a biodigester system for sanitary waste. Please help us keep it functional by depositing the paper in the trash.
* Bringing electricity here is a big and expensive deal . We kindly ask you to be aware of this and help us to save energy !

Stopping by for groceries before you arrive is the best you can do as there are no stores close by . Although will take you 6 km to get Akumal down town where all the supermarkets and shops are !
The use of a car is mandatory since we are located 2 km on a charming jungle road . Although some people would not care to walk ; just keep in mind that even the area is completely safe , the walk at night can look dark as there is not street lighting and during the day the temperature can get hot .
We are located 6 km away from AKUMAL town ; the Akumal Bay is just 7 km away , 24 km south there is Tulum and Playa del Carmen about 36km traveling north . If you do not have a car you can easily get a taxi from Akumal down town .
