Positive: It was very sizable for my family of 7. Enough room that everyone could do their own thing and not feel crowded or on top of each other. Plenty of bathrooms. Cleanliness. Quiet neighborhood.

Negative: There were no extra trash bags or paper towels. No extra towels or wash clothes. No backyard family oriented activities to do. Water didn’t get hot in the shower. Ice maker didn’t work.
