There is a separate private access via the three-season porch. A shared driveway can accommodate two cars, and additional street parking is available. Our focus is on your privacy while renting Lake Phalen Place.
*Separate Owner`s Suite: The home`s lower level (basement) includes a separate private owner`s suite and attached garage. There is no cross-traffic or shared living spaces; it`s a separate entry. Guests cannot access or use the lower-level Owner`s Suite, backyard patio, or attached garage. The owner reserves the right to access and use the separate private owner`s suite at any time. We prioritize our Guests` privacy.
