Summary: Very large and spacious home within a mile of the beach. Lots of options within that mile for food and grocery stores. We enjoyed the indoor gas fireplace each evening. 4 bedrooms, with 12 sleeping areas, plus a crib and air mattress. Lots of games. Nice large kitchen which we used daily. Some basic supplies for the kitchen. Office area had extra monitor and cables and I believe a printer (we did not use that area and can’t speak to any issues with the items). I cannot speak to the outdoor features as we had some poor weather the days in town and did not use all of those. We did see the large front seating area with large grill and table (street side). A number of bikes with helmets in the garage. I will look to stay at this location the next visit for our conference.
