MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, not including children under 5 years old. If you bring more guests than are listed on your reservation or exceed the maximum occupancy of 10 guests, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside this home. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $300 cleaning fee.
NO PETS: Pets are NOT permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $300 cleaning fee.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
WATER & PROPERTY SAFETY: This property has a large amount of waterfront. Please supervise children at all times. The water around the dock is shallow. Please do not jump or dive from the dock, as serious injury may occur. The dock is not guaranteed to be available after October 7.
DAMAGE PROTECTION: A damage authorization of up to $500 may be charged to the credit card on file for documented damages. Guests will be notified of any claim and may dispute a charge through Vrbo.
GARAGE & OWNER'S STORAGE: Guests have access to the attached garage. The detached 3-car garage is not available. The pantry and utility closets are locked as owner's storage.
CHECK-IN & DOOR CODE: The side door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests must sign the required renter agreement. Your personalized door code will be provided by 9 a.m. on the day of check-in.
