Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location is excellent, right by the lakes for strolling or exercising. The views from the apartment are spectacular, across to the Pico de Orizaba on a clear day. The attention to detail in the apartment, the kitchen supplies, and the lighting is superb.

Negative: Check-in was shambolic. The apartment had not been cleaned following the previous guests' visit, and it took 3 hours to contact the host and organise a cleaning so we could finally get some sleep around midnight (the host did offer a discount by way of apology, though). Also nearly every cupboard door in the kitchen was somehow broken or hanging off its hinges.
