-Pets are allowed in the property! If you want to bring your pets, you need to tell us before booking and there will be a $65 fee for each pet and you will be responsible for any damage that the pet may cause.
-It is 100% prohibited to have any kind of parties or events in the building.
-Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM on weekdays, and 12PM to 8AM on weekends.
-Pool and shared areas close at 10PM from Sunday to Thursday and 12PM on Friday and Saturday
-Pets are not allowed in the inside gardens and pool area. ($100 Fine).
-Please do not use towels for makeup. There are make up towels provided. ($15 fine for each stained towel)
