One bedroom a few steps from the beach and 5th Av. where you can find the hippiest restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques. Easy access to tours, bike rentals. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the city from the rooftop deck and infinity pool!!
The apartment is located on the ground floor, its windows overlook the interior of the building, it has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and 1 bathroom, as well as a double sofa bed to accommodate a total of 4 people.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with built in cabinetry, quartz countertops, electric stove and oven, full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, etc.
- Dining: Glass dining table seating 4 people.
- Living room: extra wide double sofa bed, smart TV, AC, ceiling ventilator, coffee table, desk with chair and sliding door to balcony.
- Bedroom: custom build king size bed with hotel quality luxury mattress, smart TV, AC, celling fan, large closet with custom drawers and built-in safety deposit box and sliding door to balcony.
- Bathroom: Full-size bathroom with marble floors and walls, glass shower, and hairdryer.
- In-suite laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
- Balcony with hammock and chairs.
- Private patio perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee, meditate or yoga/stretching.
- Each room comes equipped with individually controlled A/C and ceiling fans.
- Fiber optic internet (220MB), 2 smart streaming screens (I don't offer accounts, everyone should set up their own account on their preferred platform)

For your convenience this is a self-check-in property. You will receive the access code once your booking is confirmed. Concierge is available on premises to let you in the building. Even after hours there is a 24-hr. security guard.
The building has an elevator to access the rooftop where you will be able to enjoy the deck, gym, and infinity pool. For your convenience there is a washroom, outdoor shower and free WiFi on the rooftop as well.
Free underground parking is subject to availability. Paid parking is also available on the street right outside of the building.
I would like to keep communication as easy as possible. Since I am not available in person in Playa de Carmen, I have a local co-host who will be available when needed.
- The apartment is located in the hip neighborhood Zazil-Ha in Playa del Carmen, it has a lot of charm with new boutique condo buildings, trendy restaurants, bars, boutiques, and gyms along the 5th Av and Calle 38.
- Just a block away is access to the beautiful public beach between Calle 40 and Calle 38. La Martina Beach is right on 44ths street and offers food and bar service, as well as lounge chairs and umbrella rentals and DJ and pool.
- To enjoy some of the trendiest restaurants, they are all just minutes away close to 5th Avenue and 38th Street. Some of our favorite places are “Cueva del Chango”, “Sonora Grill”, "Yum Yum" and “Hijas de la Tostada”.
- Shopping, pharmacies, doctors and other services are all readily available on 5th Ave. You can order online groceries directly from Chedraui, Soriana or Walmart websites and they will deliver to your door. There are plenty of small 7Eleven and Oxxo stores a few blocks from the building.
The best way to explore Playa del Carmen is by foot, restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach are only a few blocks away. Underground parking is subject to availability, paid parking on the street is also an option. The grocery store (Walmart) is a few minutes by car away. Nearby (walking distance) are some convenience stores (OXXO). You can also rent bikes, which is a great option to get around in Playa. If you have a car you can explore further the Riviera Maya, look for Cenotes, Maya Ruins, Tulum, Cozumel, etc. Feel free to ask us for any recommendation.

- Travelers must be 21 years old or older to book this apartment.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises, including tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs.
- No parties or events are permitted.
- No excessive noise. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- No more guest than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay
- Pets are not allowed.
- You can use of the facilities, such as gym, pool, lounges and surrounding areas from 9:00 am - 10:00pm. Please be respectful to others. Kids and minor must be under adult supervision at all times.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Please keep the AC remote controls on the belonging room to avoid being lost. Please turn off the AC when leaving the unit and close all windows and doors. You can keep the fans on to maintain the apartment fresh and avoid condensation that may damage your belongings and the apartment.
- Pleas leave the key in the lock box while not un the unit and at check out, to avoid being lost.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover any necessary extra cleaning fees in case is needed after their stay.
- Failure to comply with any of these above house rules may result in a $300 USD penalty.
Electricity:
- Electricity is very expensive in Playa. Please turn off all AC units, lights and TV when leaving the condo and be mindful while in the place as if you were in your own home.
- Short term stays (less than 27 days): A daily allowance of 20Kw/day is included. Additional consumption will be charged at $3.85 MXN per kilowatt.
- Stays longer than 28 days do not include electricity. In this case it will be paid based on your consumption (via a $300 USD deposit and metering your consumption upon arrival and departure).
Housekeeping:
- Daily housekeeping services are not included.
- If you require any additional cleaning services during your stay, please contact the host/co-host and we will be happy to schedule a cleaning service for an extra charge.
-You will be provided with complimentary toilet paper, shampoo, body and hand soap, and trash bags. However, if this is not sufficient for your stay, you must purchase additional items at your own expense.
Please be respectful of others in the building. This is our family vacation home, and we ask that you treat it as if it was yours.
