Wonderfully decorated and extremely well equipped home. This charming private home is located in the famed “M Streets” area of Dallas, a quiet, safe, family-oriented neighborhood just five minutes from the beautiful SMU campus or the fabulous nightlife of Lower Greenville.
The Home
Downstairs features two bedrooms with new queen-sized beds and high-quality mattresses, linens, and pillows. One of the two bedrooms has an en suite bathroom; the other has a full bathroom with a shower that also doubles as a powder room for guests. Bathrooms are fully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need for a wonderful stay. A spacious entryway opens up to the formal dining room that seats eight people comfortably. An adjacent reading area for two leads to the light-filled kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast seating area, and all the equipment and utensils anyone would want to have for a wonderful evening dining at home. The living room is equipped with smart TV (AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Disney+), and a Sonos sound system. The house has Wi-Fi throughout.
Upstairs features include the master bedroom, with a walk-in closet, and a spacious en suite bathroom that has both shower and bathtub. An adjoining room has a generous-sized desk that makes it ideal as a work space or another bedroom already equipped with two bunkbeds that would share the master bathroom. All rooms have shades and curtains to adjust the volume of light and ensure privacy. There is also a full laundry room with a washer/dryer and stocked with all necessary supplies.
This enchanting, cozy home has a front patio with a seated swing and new outdoor furniture and a backyard space that features a deck area with a gas-fired outdoor grill.
