Summary: Normally I have only good thing to say but this time there were a few things that were just so ridiculous and unacceptable I have to mention them: The woman that checked me in was not nice at all, nor welcoming. The AC is a loud portable machine with a tube out the window, not sure why the in room one was not able to be used. it is nuts that the coffee is only across the Alley, it would be so easy to put a thermos of coffee and of hot water for tea and some cups in the morning and a few teabags.
