Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Didn't have time for breakfast as I needed to take a 30-m lyft ride to downtown each morning. The patron was helpful.

Negative: I had booked a single room for 3 nights. I was not told that there were no single rooms until I arrived at the location at around 10 pm, exhausted from my all-day flights. I had to share with one and then two other women during covid conditions. I wore a mask all night. My Lyft driver (who did not speak English) could not find the address (but could not tell me that), as the actual place was not called Miami House, so dropped me off in the middle of the street with my luggage and a "Ectasy Tour" bus parked across the street. Did I mention that this was MIAMI at 10pm???? It was very scary, until I saw a women walking down the sidewalk and asked if she could help me. She just happened to be going to the same place and took me there: it was called Brazilian House or something. At least when I went inside, I recognized the meeting area from the picture on the website, so I knew I was in the right place. On the third morning, I found the street address for Miami House on a telephone pole next to the property where I had been staying--no obvious building--just on a telephone pole.

Summary: NOT FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS, false advertising (no single room altho' booked+pd for), far from downtown.
