Summary: Eugene was a delight to work with - communicated consistently, check in was a breeze, even small details were provided, cotton swabs, q tips - it was such a comfortable stay. It was myself and my husband, my daughter and son in law, and our 4 1/2 year old and 2 year old grandchildren. Absolutely amazing! Thanks so much
