Summary: The house is clean inside, but the upper deck and back patio were dusty and dirty, with horrible furniture that is completely falling apart. But worst is that it is located in real Mexico, and each neighbour owns a dog and forget that you can sleep with windows open, their barking is most of the time nonstop. The beach is ok, but for sure more for locals than for foreigners, incomparable to good beaches on Zona Hoteliera, Playa Carmen or Isla Mujeres.
