Each of the six bedrooms has access to it's own private bathroom. Home has 6 1/2 bathrooms total with new granite countertops. Each of the three floors offers a roomy layout as well as a oversized living area. The home offers 2 Laundry rooms, one on the first and one on the second floor. The Kitchen/ Great Room is located on the third floor and opens out to the deck facing the ocean. Kitchen has new granite countertops and new appliances. Plenty of space for everyone, kids, parents and grandparents will all enjoy having both space to gather together and space of their own! Handicap accessible with elevator to access all floors.
