Positive: Our concierge, Gladys Marroquin, was amazing. She was in constant communication with us and provided information regarding the surrounding area. She provided excellent service and didn't miss a thing. At one point we had a storm and it knocked out the electricity, she went out of her way to contact us and assure us that everything was going to be fine. Glady's made us feel very welcomed and valued. Glady's is an exceptional asset to Oceana Rentals by Stella. We cannot wait to book our next vacation and have Glady's and Oceana Rentals as part of our booking. Thank you so much!
