This townhome in exclusive Pelican Bay is the perfect place to spend the winter! Pelican Bay is one of the most delightful communities in north Naples. Your stay here will give you unlimited access to the tennis courts, fitness facilities (literally across the street from our home) and two fantastic beach clubs. Their is tram service to and from the beach clubs all day long. The Avalon community features a large pool, sundeck and hot tub!

This townhome boasts 3 spacious bedrooms. The Master Suite features 1 king bed, a walk in closet and Master bath with two sinks and an open, walk in shower, The second bedroom upstairs features a queen bed and an office nook, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a "Jack & Jill" bathroom between the two bedrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and walk in showers for your convenience.
Spacious and modern kitchen features all appliances and a dining nook. The great room has a cathedral ceiling, dining table and views over the fountain and the pond facing west. The afternoon sun is enjoyed all day long from the screened lanai. There is a cozy den off the kitchen and adjacent to the Powder room. There are 3 high definition "SMART" televisions in the unit with new Fision cable including DVRs.
The unit features a one car garage with remote opener.
