The living room features vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a TV. From here, you have access to the upper deck that boasts a large yard with awe-inspiring views.
The kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of appliances and everything you may need to make delicious meals from home. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Summary: We rent this home 3 to 4 times during the summer each year and always have a fabulous time there. The water is perfect on the upper Colorado, where this is located. It’s just a rocks throw from the dam at Inks Lake, so there’s very little boat traffic. The home is well equipped, and very comfortable. You’re not allowed to use the boat lift, but it does have a nice dock for docking your boat and a place for two jet skis, and that seems to work out fine for us. You’ll love the beautiful pecans and the plush green grass and gentle slope down to the water. Everything is there that you would need. There’s even a washer and dryer.
