Conveniently located 1/2 block from Main Street in the heart of Ouray, this cozy home away from home is perfect for your next getaway! After a full day of activities relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite movie or book. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials to prepare your favorite meal and gather at the welcoming dining area. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with light and bright bedding. The second bedroom features a full bed and the bathroom is located just around the corner.

Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Summary: We loved our stay at this quiet spot. It was perfect for our family of four. Located right off Main Street, everything was in walking distance! All Jeep and hiking trails are close by. The apartment was very clean and felt like home away from home. We will definitely be back!
