Wonderfully furnished 2 level, 4 bedroom townhouse complete with 2 full bathrooms (shower & tub). Each bedroom has a clean and comfortable queen bed, plenty of drawer & closet storage, and a television. Washer/dryer is located in-unit which tends to be quite convenient for long term stays. The townhome is at the end of the property, giving additional privacy as compared to other units. There is a train that runs nearby, so we have provided some white noise machines in the bedrooms to help with sleep. There is also a small backyard seating area.
The building is only a few hundred feet from Chico State as the crow flies, although the entrance to campus is around the block so it would be about a 2 minute drive. There are plenty of conveniently located restaurants, grocers, and convenience stores nearby.
