Summary: Unit is upstairs behind the main house in a separate small building. Pretty clean, bathroom roomy, kitchen sufficient. The house was noticeably musty. A/C helped some, but it really needs a dehumidifier. Small bedroom so no closet, just a few hooks over the door and the dresser was filled with bedding for the futon so you can’t really settle in like you might want to for a longer stay. Otherwise, a comfortable place and convenient to Dover/west York area.
