Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The first day the hotel was OK the second day the room was freezing to death the whole night we wanted to celebrate, but we couldn’t because the room was freezing. They told us that the pipes broken. The following morning, I think the water ahead only three guest. I think everybody left no heat water no heater.

Negative: Works we professional but it was out of there hands
