THE HOME
Centrally located home that has everything to enjoy in Dallas/Ft. Worth. Located 20 min. from Downtown Dallas & Arlington with quick and easy access to I-20/ I-35/ US-67/ & FM-1382. Also 10 min. from Joe Pool Lake, mall, restaurants & hiking trails.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Quiet & peaceful neighborhood located minutes from everything needed such as grocery stores and shopping.

THE SPACE
2-Story with Master downstairs and secondary bedrooms upstairs. A huge pool (not heated) in the backyard with grill (propane).

*Grill is propane only and we do provide a tank on property, however we do not refill the tanks, therefore if planning to use the grill, you will have to take to the local Walmart (not neighborhood) or other store and pay approximately $15-$20 to refill the tank we have on property. Additionally, we require guest to clean the grill prior to departure. If not cleaned an additional fee of $50 will be applied to your stay.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. Because of the weather, the pool was used almost every day. The kitchen is very well laid out for several people to work there at once.
