Summary: 5 stars to the room. We stayed in the room with 3 queen beds. Loved that they didn’t have carpet flooring. Very nicely remodeled. 1 star to the hot water situation. We didn’t get to swim in the pool since it didn’t open until 10am which was a big bummer for my kids. It looked nice. The workout room was good with decent cardio equipment but one of the treadmills did not work and it took me rebooting the other one to make that one work. They are doing well with the updates so hopefully they continue to update! Loved that it was connected to the Ankeny Diner and that we got $5 off per person to eat there. Staff was very responsive whenever we had an issue.
