This custom-built 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home has all the charm of the French Quarter in New Orleans, with its double front porch, Bevelo gas lanterns, and classic wrought iron railings. Inside, reclaimed materials bring a unique vibe, with 100-year-old pine floors running throughout and handpicked details in every room. The main level blends modern touches with vintage flair—think bold House of Hackney wallpaper and a gorgeous decorative fireplace.
Downstairs, you’ll find a conservatory-inspired kitchen and indoor dining space that opens up to the peaceful, park-like yard, complete with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill. The fully equipped kitchen’s got tons of storage, custom wood cabinets, white brick backsplash, and even a library ladder. There’s also a tucked-away powder room, laundry room, and a private bedroom with a Queen size bunk-bed that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Take the floating stairs up to a cozy loft and the two other bedroom suites. The first suite is decked out with Restoration Hardware fixtures, sliding glass barn doors, and a walk-in shower.
