The unique underground playland is amazing! Under the concrete floor of oversized 3 car garage is a shelter with a full bar, movie theater, gym and bathroom. Yes the ceiling is solid concrete! 85'' 4k tv with 6.1 surround sound and theater seating. Run, lift, or bike in stocked gym. You can even do a beachbody workout. The underground game room has a full bar, surround sound with bluetooth, 4K TV, full kitchen, fireplace, leather furniture, and dart board.
This is a 3400 square feet home with four bedrooms. The bedrooms have all been completely remade with your comfort in mind. All 4 bedrooms have smart TVs and cool recessed lighting. The master King suite connects to its own bathroom!
The house has 10 HD TVs. Fast WiFi and access to hulu, Netflix, amazon prime and HBOGO. The house is also wired for sound throughout inside and outside of house!
Take a bath in one of 2 jetted tubs inside. Soak in an epson salt bath downstairs.
Relax on the huge, super soft sectional couch in one of the living areas. This couch is 13 feet wide with a playland of pillows. It's hard to get off the couch!
The upstairs living room has full body massage chair and reclining leather sofa. You can also enjoy the piano!
The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need for 10+ people. Beautiful quartz countertops. Lots of pots and pans, mixer, ninja blender, waffle maker, the list goes on and on. I do provide coffee also. There is also 2 other kitchenettes on other 2 levels!
The garage itself is a great place to hang out in summer and fall. Oversized 3 stall garage to park all your vehicles. This is a dream garage with cabinets, custom shelves, epoxy floor, Bluetooth stereo system, and TV.
