Summary: There was not a fridge in my room. Description clearly states there should be one. I asked to move rooms to one that had a fridge. There still none. They asked me to move again but I refused by then. It was uncomfortable moving rooms the first time due to we had a 19 hr drive and just wanted to rest. I also asked for two extra towels which never came. They said I had to wait till 7:30 am next morning. I called next morning and they said to call after 8am. Will not stay here ever again. I hope they better their customer service.
