This comfortable rental condo has been professionally designed and furnished. The single floor layout, with travetine floors and high ceilings makes entry and exit a breeze. NOTE: 6 Adults allowed, Resort will only issue 4 pool passes. Children 12 and under do not need pool pass!!!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ASK IF NOT CLEAR - Maximum occupancy 6 guests. - This rental comes with 4 pool passes only! - If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool. - Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass There are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed sleep 2 guests. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and generous bathroom and features a tub, shower and his and her sink. Look out the master bedroom window and enjoy the unobstructed views of the private beach bordering the Sea of Cortez. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can sleep 2 adults or 4 kids comfortably. There is a separate bathroom for guests with shower. Bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling marble tile. In the gourmet kitchen you will find elegant high-end GE stainless steal appliance including a super-quiet dishwasher. Granite counter tops are all around in the kitchen including on the conveniently located island with bar chairs. The island is always a favorite hangout spot, especially for breakfast and other quick meals. On the front patio facing the private beach by the Gulf of California, you will find an inbuilt gas BBQ grill which is super easy to fire-up and prepare some delicious BBQ for family and friends. Barbequing and taking in the sites of the beach is so memorable. Need to stay in touch with family and friends while on vacation in San Felipe? Well, we got you covered - there is free high speed internet access at each of the restaurants in our gated community.
