Have fun at this comfy single family home offering your own private oasis in the heart of Roslindale village and only 15 min from downtown Boston by the T (local train). A 2 minute walk to all public transportation, shops, restaurants, supermarket and farmers market on Saturdays. Great outdoor spaces for dining and relaxation. Our home is a single family detached on three floors with two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor and a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom on the 3rd floor. The 1st floor is an open plan kitchen and dining area with adjacent living room and for summer and fall a large deck for outdoor dining and bbq with a quiet shaded deck and swing below. There is a small garden and a private driveway for hassle free parking. Stay cool over summer with super quiet and effective AC ductless units in the master bedroom and living spaces with traditional units in the other bedrooms. We love to cook, so you can find all kinds of equipment in our chef’s kitchen like sous vide, Staub, Le Creuset and All Clad pots and pans etc… gas and charcoal grills, as well as Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. Enjoy great food and company over long summer evenings on the spacious upper deck or while the kids play ping pong in the garden while you relax on the lower deck swing and hammock.
