SECOND FLOOR:
Three bedrooms and one bathroom. Sleeps up to 14. The oceanside bedroom has a King size bed and a small balcony above the beach with ocean views. The second bedroom has two Double beds. The third bedroom on the second floor has two bunk beds, each with a Double on bottom and Single bed above. This bedroom also has a Double sized Futon Sofa bed. This bedroom has a capacity for 8 people. From this bedroom you can see the vast, undeveloped jungle, opposite the beach. One full bathroom.

The villa comfortably accommodates 12 to 18 guests with its five well appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Among its many amenities, this home offers a second floor balcony, a beachfront palapa, parking for four or more cars, full kitchen, stereo, televisions, free wifi, a safe, 3 kayaks, and much more.
The nightly rate includes cleaning Monday through Saturday mornings and biweekly linen, bath towel and beach towel service. (excludes holidays)
The sandy beaches that lay at the feet of Casa Caracol are perfect for sunbathing. Its proximity to Cenote Manati and other world renowned cenotes, underwater cave systems, Yal-Kul lagoon, the Maya ruins of Tulum, the quaint town of Tulum and the numerous tours and water parks makes the location of this home a very desirable tourist destination.
Cenote Manati renamed Casa Cenote by the new owner is the mouth of the largest underground cave system and sits feet away from Casa Caracol in a mangrove forest. Its name comes from the many Manatees that once inhabited this underwater wonderland. Snorkeling or scuba diving this natural wonder are highly recommended while visiting Casa Caracol.
The surrounding area also hosts a number of cenotes that create part of the underwater cave systems such such as Cenote Dos Ojos, Maya Blue, Tortuga, Grand Cenote.
Yal-ku Lagoon in Akumal is yet another destination you won’t want to miss while staying at Casa Caracol. Just 20 minutes away by car, Akumal and its snorkeling Yal-ku lagoon is a wonder-world of bright tropical fish, sea turtles, colorful anemone and intricate coral formations.
Among the many pre-Columbian Mayan pyramids and ruins that dot the dense jungle of the Yucatan Peninsula, Tulum has one of the most striking ocean views and is only 7 minutes away by car.
