Summary: Rooms were simple but clean. The main feedback I have is that there's no mention of how noisy the hotel is - not from sound on the street, but from inside the hotel. The 20ft ceilings and tiled floors throughout means you hear every person coming, going, talking, whispering or working. Additionally, not all rooms are equal. We had two rooms and neither had windows; one was located in the lobby so every passing voice was heard (the hotel designated the lobby as a quiet space but good luck when people are coming home at 2am). The location was great, staff were nice, but overall the hotel felt more like a hostel.
