Home is about 5 minutes to I-10 which gives you access to go east or west easily (reach downtown faster and really anything). It is also 5 minutes from the AK-Chin Pavilion and about 10-15 minutes from the Cardinals stadium and Westgate Entertainment Center. Home has been fully remodeled from inside and outside. Property is fully fenced. There is free parking space on the property driveway as well as free street parking.
The space
You are renting the main house which has 3 rooms and 1 bathroom. All three rooms are in close proximity of the bathroom. The space is as pictured. During your stay, you will be given the following: towels, shampoo and conditioner, rooms that are ready to lay and rest, cooking essentials such as pans and pots as well as some condiments such as salt, pepper and whatever you can find around the kitchen. There is a coffee maker as well as instant coffee. I also have an air fryer available for use and a toaster, all found within the kitchen space.
Guest access
Neighborhood is pretty busy on the weekends but street parking is usually available in front of the property. There is enough parking for two cars in the driveway. Please only use the paved two car parking space during your stay. If you have more than 2 vehicles, please park the rest on the street.
Other things to note
I live in a trailer that is parked in the back of the house. I do not have access to the house during your stay. The house also has a private room and a studio that is rented separately.
If there's any problem at all, like the shower temperature or extra linens, please feel free to contact us. It's incredibly easy for us to fix these problems and improve your stay.
Please do not smoke inside the house, please do so outside, there is plenty of space outside for that :)
If house is left smelly because of the use of Marihuana, there will be a fee. This is very inconvenient for the upcoming guests and also for the owner.

For checkout, we'd appreciate if the dishes were washed and all of the bedding stripped on the side of the bed. Other than that, please travel safely :)
