The fee is $100 a pet per stay and $50 for an additional pet for a maximum of (3) pets. If you have an approved pet, please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Responsibly Flush: Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else (This includes baby wipes and “flushable” baby wipes). Any plumbing clogs will result in a repair fee of up to $500.
Additional guests: Additional guests are not permitted. If more than 6 guests stay overnight, there will be a charge of $50 per guest per night.
Late Checkout: Unless explicitly agreed upon prior, late checkout is not permitted. For every 30 minutes late, you will be fined $50.
