Summary: First I asked for another key cuz I only got one key and typically hotels give two anyways, I did get a second key however they gave me a bad look but I thought nothing of it. When we got to the room that hey gave us, the AC wasn’t working properly, but they did give us another room but again not without giving us an attitude, and prolonging the problem. When we got to our new room it was better but they gave us only one key again so I went to the desk and respectfully ask for another one, but a new person had taken the night shift for that night. He also gave us a bad look. Then, as we re unpacking our back we can’t find our chargers, so my buddy went down to try and find them as I unpack the rest of our things. He got sent back told him it needed to be me to come talk to him. I thought that was not really coo l because my buddy had one of the room keys so he could’ve jst search which room it was in then go from there.
